How We Use WhatsApp and Contact Form Data

When you submit an enquiry through our website, the form generates a pre-filled WhatsApp message containing the information you entered (name, phone, postcode, service interest and any additional details). This message is sent directly to our WhatsApp business number. If you use our website enquiry forms instead, your submission (including your name, contact details, property town or city and message) is emailed securely to contact@ecosimply.co.uk so we can respond to your enquiry; we do not use it for any other purpose. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a home assessment or provide a quote.

We do not store your data on our website servers. Your enquiry data is received and stored within our WhatsApp business communications and internal records.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiry data: Up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless an ongoing customer relationship exists
• Customer data: For the duration of our business relationship and up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes
• Grant application data: Retained for the duration required by the relevant scheme and our legal obligations
